Former Boutique Hotel located in tranquil, tropical splendour on the CARIBBEAN ISLAND OF DOMINICA.

Until the devastating hurricane in 2017 this was a small, friendly hotel built in a private, secluded spot amid three acres of tropical gardens and forest. The typical Caribbean architecture includes high ceilings and generous sized rooms. The refreshing sea breezes keep the rooms cool. Being approx. 250m above sea level there are dramatic views along the coast.

The overall style is classic, simple and traditional Caribbean. There are 10 guest rooms - 6 in the main house (plus staff accommodation), two individual cottage rooms and one double cottage by the pool which has two guest rooms. In addition there is a separate cottage housing the laundry.

The hotels facilities included a lounge / library, bar / dining room and terrace, pool and gardens leading down through the forest to the river.

The hotel was operating successfully from 2003 until the devastating hurricane in September / October 2017 and is now available for half the original price, allowing the new owner to rebuild it to his own taste.
