Large unique bar with an
authentic rustic German design
with it's own toilet, kitchen
area (currently used for
storage) and a covered terrace
located in the restaurant area
of the Cita shopping center.
The bar was renovated and opened
in 2011 and has been running
successfully since then. It
comes with all licenses to be
run as a bar- Cafeteria
providing the new owners a
perfect opportunity to expand
the current business by opening
the kitchen.
The 2011 renovation included a
completely new electric
installation, hidden air
conditioning system with 4
concealed outlets and all
equipment including fridges,
freezers and special German beer
pumps were bought at the same
time.
The size of local inside is 64
m² and consists of large bar
area seating 45 guests and a 16
m² outside covered terrace
seating further 20 people. The
local has enough free space for
additional tables and chairs if
needed. The local has its own
fully tiled large customer
toilet (rare in Cita) and
separate kitchen area (currently
used as a storeroom)
The bar comes with a seldom seen
decor with a copper bar counter,
copper panels on the walls
decorated with beer bottoms, old
fashioned outdoor commercial
lamps illuminating the guest
area, traditional clay beer
mugs, draft beer systems dating
back to 1890's (used as decor
but fully functional) and many
more highly sought after
collectors items. Hidden LED
lights have been installed
throughout the bar providing
discrete lightning in different
colors. A music system with
built in speakers is controlled
from a central area.
The bar has a 12 meter long bar
counter with copper on the
customer area and a specially
designed marble working area
with with built in drainage
providing a stylish and
practical working space. The bar
has been designed with separate
areas for serving beer and
preparing cocktails as this
provides the best working
environment and is an eye
catching feature for the guests.
The beer area has porcelain beer
draft systems and the cocktail
area is equipped with a 3x3
meter long (bar counter)
providing showcase for up to 90
bottles illuminated by colored
LED light with mirrored
background. Extra space for
further bottles and glass are
provided in the integrated
storage above the bar.
Everything you need for a
perfect beer and cocktail bar is
included.
Throughout the bar and toilet
area, low energy LED lights have
been recessed into the ceiling.
The bar has no contracts to any
specific brewery and is run as a
free house.
